- We will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during this attempt due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- Please note that Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand delivered.
- Deliveries will not take place on any national holiday or any specific day when the state requires the city to be closed or any reason whatsoever.
- We do not commit on time of the delivery, special requests for time limit are only entertained if the delivery is to be made to an office that may close at a certain time.
- The product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of serviceable cities.
- The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may slight vary in shape or design as per the availability. But we always try to send exact products.
- We will try to deliver the product at the exact time everytime. However, in case of inevitable circumstances, there might be a slight delay.
- While placing the order, please mention your suggestions in the ""Delivery Instruction"" Box.
- Correct and elaborate Address (with landmark) and contact number of the recipient is a must while placing the order.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and time.
- Delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address without extra charges.
Order will not be considered for refund in below mentioned status.
- Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/not working/no reply or not connecting/reachable and delivery is not done.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
